About us

Payroll people. Clear processes. No drama.

We exist to make the most deadline-driven part of employing people feel controlled, understood and properly supported.

Why we work this way

Payroll is not a task list. It is a responsibility.

Pay day is when trust becomes visible. Get it wrong and everyone notices. Get the process right—cut-offs, checks, approvals, filings—and the work disappears into the background, which is exactly where it should be.

We run managed UK PAYE payroll with workplace-pension administration connected to the pay run. The positioning is deliberate: we are not a pension scheme provider, not a regulated adviser, and not a generic “people platform.” We are the team that keeps the operational calendar moving while you keep final approval and your legal duties as an employer.

Our approach

Easy to reach. Careful with detail. Candid when a decision is needed.

We believe a payroll provider should be easy to reach, careful with detail and candid when something needs a decision. That means asking sensible questions at the start, setting firm cut-offs, showing our workings and avoiding unnecessary jargon.

When something in the data looks off, we raise it before processing—not after pay day. When a deadline is tight, we say so. When an activity sits outside the agreed service schedule, we say that too. Clarity beats theatre.

Our promise

What you can expect from us.

We explain what we need and when

You get a practical timetable and data checklist so cut-offs are known in advance—not discovered the afternoon before pay day.

We make responsibility clear

You approve the pay run. You remain responsible for PAYE and pension duties. We administer the agreed work and keep the process visible.

We raise queries early

Odd figures, missing starters, pension mismatches—better as a question in the approval window than as a correction after filing.

We treat payroll data with care

Employee pay information deserves disciplined handling, clear access routes and no casual sharing through open forms or inboxes.

We improve as you change

New sites, new pay frequencies, new pension settings—the process should mature with the organisation, not freeze at onboarding.

How engagements start

A review first. A working plan second.

We begin by learning how you pay people today: frequencies, staff types, pension arrangements, reporting needs and the pressure points that waste time each cycle. From there we build a working plan—timetable, checklist, and a clear agreement on who does what.

If you are switching provider, the same discipline applies to the handover. Moving data quickly is not the goal. Moving responsibility carefully is.
