Workplace pensions

Pensions without the monthly scramble.

We connect workplace-pension administration to your payroll routine, helping you manage assessments, contributions, records and provider data with greater consistency.

Connected to payroll

Automatic enrolment is ongoing, not a one-off setup job.

Staff must be assessed, eligible workers enrolled where required, contributions handled, and re-enrolment considered on the relevant cycle.

We provide payroll-led administration support. We are not a pension scheme provider and do not provide regulated investment, pension or financial advice.

What we support

Administration that sits inside the pay run.

Workforce assessment

We use payroll data to support assessment of staff against automatic-enrolment criteria at each relevant payroll cycle.

Contributions and deductions

We calculate employee and employer pension contributions according to your scheme settings and approved payroll data.

Provider data and schedules

We prepare the required contribution information or files for your chosen pension provider using the agreed submission method.

The ongoing duties calendar

We help you keep track of joiners, opt-ins, opt-outs, refunds where applicable, communications, cyclical re-enrolment and re-declaration milestones.

Employers remain responsible.

Our role is to provide payroll and administrative support. Your organisation remains responsible for selecting a qualifying scheme, meeting its legal duties, approving data and making contributions by the applicable deadlines. The Pensions Regulator requires employers to assess staff, make appropriate enrolment arrangements, provide information and complete compliance declarations.

FAQ preview

Straight answers on pensions.

Not necessarily. Duties depend on factors including age and earnings, while some workers can choose to opt in or join. We support the administration, but your organisation remains accountable for its employer duties.
We can explain the data and payroll-administration requirements involved in working with a provider. We do not provide regulated financial or investment advice. Obtain independent regulated advice if you need a provider recommendation.
