This policy describes the cookies and similar technologies this website actually uses today. If we later add analytics or advertising cookies, we will not set them until you have made a genuine choice. We will not use a pre-ticked box.
The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (as amended) and UK GDPR restrict the use of cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies can be set without consent. Non-essential cookies need a choice that is freely given, specific and informed.
This is a static information site for a UK payroll practice. We do not currently operate a cookie-banner platform because we do not currently set first-party analytics, advertising or preference cookies.
Ravelin does not currently set first-party cookies on your device when you browse these pages. The contact form does not use a login session cookie. Form choices (employer or worker) exist only in the page until you submit or leave.
Our host (Hostinger) records standard web-server logs such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer and user-agent. That is not a cookie. It is used to operate, secure and diagnose the site, and is handled under our Privacy Notice.
| Service | Why it is there | What it may store |
|---|---|---|
| Google Fonts | To display Outfit and Manrope. The browser requests font files from Google’s servers. | Google may process the IP address and set cookies on Google’s own domain. Google is the controller of that request. See Google’s privacy policy. |
| FormSubmit | To email contact-form submissions to payroll@ravelin.group over HTTPS. Hostinger does not send that mail. | On submit, your browser posts the form to FormSubmit. FormSubmit may set cookies on its domain and will process the fields you send, including name and email, to deliver the message. Do not include National Insurance numbers or bank details in the form. |
| Hostinger | To host and serve the website. | Hosting logs as above. We have not enabled Hostinger marketing or analytics tags on these pages. |
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect third-party tools such as Google Fonts (text still remains readable through system fonts if a font file is blocked). You can also use browser controls to limit tracking across sites.
